Nearby Plumbing LLC (“Nearby Plumbing” or “Sponsor”) is offering its Q3 2026 Water Heater Giveaway as part of its ongoing community giveback program.
One eligible homeowner will be randomly selected to receive the Grand Prize described below. If the selected winner was referred by another eligible entrant who meets all referral requirements, the qualifying referrer will also receive the Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize includes a professionally installed new water heater, a professionally installed FlowTech Whole-Home Water Conditioner, and a 10-year comprehensive warranty on the water heater valued at $6000.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and consent to Nearby Plumbing capturing photos, video, and other documentation related to the prize installation and using that content on Nearby Plumbing’s social media accounts, website, and other marketing channels.
Entries for the Q3 2026 Giveaway must be submitted by October 9, 2026.
The winner drawing is scheduled for October 16, 2026.
Nearby Plumbing reserves the right to modify the drawing date if reasonably necessary. Any material schedule change will be announced through Nearby Plumbing’s official channels.
Entries from previous quarterly giveaways do not automatically roll over into this drawing. Previous entrants who wish to participate must reconfirm their eligibility for the Q3 Giveaway by the entry deadline.
To qualify, an entrant must:
Employees of Nearby Plumbing, its affiliated contractors or marketing partners, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate.
A virtual verification call is not required for this drawing.
Instead, each entrant must self-certify on the official entry form that the water heater at the qualifying residence is more than six (6) years old.
Nearby Plumbing reserves the right to verify eligibility, including the age of the existing water heater and homeownership, before awarding or installing a prize.
If the person initially selected as the primary winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, that entrant will be disqualified and Nearby Plumbing will conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Providing false, misleading, or materially inaccurate eligibility information may result in disqualification.
Eligible homeowners may enter by completing the official Water Heater Giveaway entry form available through Nearby Plumbing’s website.
There is no purchase necessary to enter.
Each eligible homeowner may have one entry in the Q3 drawing.
Referring additional people does not create additional drawing entries for the referrer.
This quarter, Nearby Plumbing is replacing its previous referral bonus-entry system with a “Refer the Winner, You Win Too” program.
If the randomly selected primary winner identified another entrant as the person who referred them, that referrer may also receive the Grand Prize.
To qualify for the Referral Grand Prize:
Referral claims made after an entry has been submitted or after the drawing will not be accepted.
If the primary winner did not identify a qualifying referrer, only the primary winner receives the Grand Prize.
If the primary winner qualifies but the identified referrer does not meet the Giveaway requirements, the primary winner will still receive the Grand Prize, but the referrer will not receive a prize. A replacement referrer will not be selected.
If the primary selected entrant is determined to be ineligible, the primary selection is void and Nearby Plumbing will redraw from the remaining eligible entries. Any referral associated with the disqualified entrant will not result in a Referral Grand Prize.
Each qualifying Grand Prize winner will receive:
If the randomly selected winner has a qualifying referrer under Section 6, both the primary winner and qualifying referrer will each receive their own Grand Prize package.
The Grand Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative or cash redemption value.
Prize installations are subject to reasonable scheduling, property access, site conditions, applicable codes, permitting requirements, and the home’s existing plumbing configuration.
The Grand Prize includes a 10-year comprehensive warranty on the awarded water heater only.

The 10-year comprehensive warranty does not apply to the FlowTech Whole-Home Water Conditioner. Any warranty applicable to the FlowTech Whole-Home Water Conditioner will be governed by the applicable manufacturer warranty and/or any separate written warranty provided with the product.
Any manufacturer warranties applicable to the water heater or other products remain subject to their respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
The primary winner will be selected at random from eligible Q3 Giveaway entries on or about October 16, 2026.
Nearby Plumbing may announce the drawing and/or selected winner through its official social media channels.
The selected entrant must successfully complete Nearby Plumbing’s eligibility verification before the prize is considered final.
Nearby Plumbing may request reasonable documentation necessary to verify:
Selection in the drawing does not override the eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules.
If the primary selected entrant is found to be ineligible, Nearby Plumbing will conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The Grand Prize includes professional installation by Nearby Plumbing of both the new water heater and FlowTech Whole-Home Water Conditioner at the confirmed winner’s qualifying residence.
Nearby Plumbing will coordinate installation directly with each confirmed winner.
The prize is intended for a standard qualifying residential installation. Conditions discovered at the property that require work beyond the awarded installation may be evaluated separately.
Any work, modifications, upgrades, or services not included in the Grand Prize will be discussed with the homeowner before additional work is performed or charges are incurred.
The winner is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and installation areas.
Nearby Plumbing may decline or postpone an installation if site conditions are unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, or otherwise prevent the work from being performed in accordance with applicable plumbing and safety requirements.
By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that the installation may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise documented by Nearby Plumbing.
Winners agree that Nearby Plumbing may use photographs, video footage, testimonials voluntarily provided by the winner, first name, general city or service area, and documentation of the installation for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, Nearby Plumbing’s website, email marketing, and other company marketing materials, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Nearby Plumbing reserves the right to disqualify entries that contain false or misleading information, attempt to manipulate the drawing or referral process, violate these Official Rules, or otherwise interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
Nearby Plumbing is not responsible for entries that are lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or not received because of technical problems outside its reasonable control.
Nearby Plumbing reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect its ability to conduct the promotion fairly or safely, subject to applicable law.
All decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the Giveaway will be made consistently with these Official Rules and applicable law.
This Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Nearby Plumbing LLC.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.
Entrants release applicable social media platforms from responsibility for the administration of the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
Questions regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Nearby Plumbing rather than the social media platforms.
The Giveaway is available only to homeowners located within Nearby Plumbing’s designated service area.
Nearby Plumbing may verify the service address before confirming a winner. Properties outside the eligible service area do not qualify for the Giveaway.
